Michelin Star Chef to cook three course surplus meals for Charity

Giorgio Locatelli has been challenged to create a three course vegetarian meal for the FoodCycle Charity Rewards Dinner. He will be using surplus food not wanted by food outlets (just because of packaging, shape etc) and will only have 24 hours notice of the ingredients. Giorgio will be helped by a food of volunteers. He agreed to the challenge so that he could help raise awareness of food waste.

The dinner will be held on Friday the 2nd of March at the FoodCycle cafe at MIND in Haringey.
